Clara Lemon
Clara is programme manager for the BCH programme and is also leading on producing and launching the digital tools and resources that are part of this programme of work. She has been responsible for delivering Futurelab projects since 2004 and has over 10 years experience as a digital producer specialising in user-centred design.
Joanne O’Hagan
Acting as the central point of contact for the BCH project, Joanne is responsible for the administration of the project, including the management of events for various strands of the programme. Richard Sandford
Richard is one of the researchers working on the BCH programme, building partnerships, reviewing futures work within the UK and internationally, and exploring the possible implications of this work for education. Stephen Sayers
Steve is responsible for the strategic and planning activities of the BCH programme including liaison with the DCSF and Becta. Before joining Futurelab Steve worked on fundraising and business development for the At-Bristol science centre both prior to its opening and during its early operation. He has been with Futurelab since its launch.
Dan Sutch
Dan’s main research interests are in mobile learning; the role of the teacher in technology-rich learning environments; values-driven assessment, and processes of educational change and transformation. He is currently leading ‘Public and Stakeholder Engagement’ within the Beyond Current Horizons programme that aims to engage with leading stakeholders (government agencies and departments, industry etc) as well [...]
Duncan Thomson
Duncan is responsible for the project management structure, process and reporting for the BCH programme of work. Before working with Futurelab he worked extensively at the BBC on a number of high profile new media projects, including Interactive Factual and Learning’s Human Body, BBC Jam and iPlayer.
Mary Ulicsak
Mary is responsible for the content and reporting of the BCH events for parents, students and educators, and baby boomers. She also works on the public debates and online consultation tools and activities that form the wider element of the Public Engagement Plan.
